HOST GROOVE
Maximum Capacity, Party Size & Bar Seating
Guest capacity, max party size and availability of bar seating vary by jurisdiction (based
on physical distancing, 25% capacity, 50% capacity, Total number of Guests, etc.).
Be sure you understand the requirements at your restaurant!
We CANNOT seat “closed” tables, but tables can be moved/added to an open table to
seat a larger party IF allowed by local regulations AND if proper physical distancing is
maintained
Highchairs can only be added to tables if max party size and required physical distancing rules are followed.
Waiting Guests & Host App
Enter Guest’s information into the Host App. Inform Guests that they will receive an initial
confirmation text now, and another text once their table is ready. Ask the Guest to kindly
respond back to the first text if their plans change and they would no longer like a table.
*Not applicable if bar service is unavailable.
