SAFETY DANCER
Every 60 Minutes or as needed:
In rotation, all the following are done/checked every 60 minutes, or as needed.
Change out cleaning towels (minimum every hour)
Sweep floors in FOH & HOH
Check waste bins (empty as needed) in FOH & HOH
Clean/sanitize door glass and windows
Full clean & sanitize of bar counter (food surface) & any open seats (non-
food surface)
Send ice scoops through dish (FOH & HOH) and return scoops to ice bins
ASAP
Clean/sanitize serving trays (food-surface cleaning protocol)
iPad Sanitation Checks (confirm completion of the sanitation checks on iPad
every hour.)
