                Every 60 Minutes or as needed:



                     In rotation, all the following are done/checked every 60 minutes, or as needed.


                        Change out cleaning towels (minimum every hour)


                        Sweep floors in FOH & HOH


                        Check waste bins (empty as needed) in FOH & HOH

                        Clean/sanitize door glass and windows


                        Full clean & sanitize of bar counter (food surface) & any open seats (non-

                             food surface)


                        Send ice scoops through dish (FOH & HOH) and return scoops to ice bins


                             ASAP

                        Clean/sanitize serving trays (food-surface cleaning protocol)


                        iPad Sanitation Checks (confirm completion of the sanitation checks on iPad

                             every hour.)
