Secondary Host Stand (when volume necessitates)

A second Host may be utilized outside to input first-time Guest information into

Host App. Communicate with manager if traffic/crowd control becomes an issue.

Sanitized Tables

Be in constant communication with bussers/managers to determine when tables

are clean/sanitized. Mark in the Host App when tables are ready for Guests. On

the iPad, highlight the table just cleaned. A list of options will show up on the left.

Select “Party Finished.” (This action helps to determine accurate wait time

algorithms in the system).
