                PaT Units



                     Sanitize PaT unit after EVERY use, before putting into the charging. (Review


                     Cleaning Electronics instructions.)  When offering the PaT to the Guest, use


                     language such as, “Here is a freshly sanitized unit for payment.”



                Sanitizing the Bar


                     The bar is considered a Food Surface and should be cleaned & sanitized after


                     each Guest.



                        Spray Peroxide cleaner on surface

                        Wipe/clean surface with a BLUE (or colored) towel


                        Let peroxide air dry for 45 seconds


                        Saturate a WHITE towel in a Quat bucket, and wipe surface

                     Safety Dancer will also clean and sanitize full bar once per hour (where not


                     occupied by Guests).
