SERVING OUR GUESTS TABLESIDE




                Delivering Drinks



                     Use a tray to deliver more than 2 drinks.  Be mindful of touching only the bottom

                     third of the glass.  Wrapped straws still available upon request; DO NOT store

                     straws in aprons.


                Beverage/Water/Coffee Refills



                     Provide a NEW cup every time.  Do not refill tableside.


                Delivering Food



                     Do not carry more than THREE (3) plates at a time.  Avoid stacking plates while

                     carrying; don’t allow one plate to touch the food on another plate.



                Pre-Bus


                     Pre-bus tables!  Continuously look to manicure your tables.  Remove


                     unused/empty/finished items (glassware, sugar, salt/pepper, etc.). Discard all

                     sugar, salt & pepper packets left on the table (even if unused/unopened). Kids’

                     Crayons can be recycled!
