SERVING OUR GUESTS TABLESIDE



                Aprons


                    Aprons should be taken home and washed after every shift due to the proximity to Guests’

                    mouths/noses.  Change aprons immediately if visibly soiled. (As always, remove apron

                    before using the restroom!)  If you choose NOT to wear an apron, do not carry pens,

                    pads, check servers, etc. in your pockets.



                Maximum Capacity, Party Size & Bar Seating


                    Guest capacity, max party size and availability of bar seating vary by jurisdiction.  Be

                    sure you understand the requirements at your restaurant!


                Silverware


                    Stored rolled silverware in closed/covered bin.  Wash or sanitize hands and put on new

                    gloves before delivery to Guest. Have to-go plasticware (sealed) available if Guest

                    requests.


                Single-Use Menus



                    After taking Guests’ order, remove any single-use menus from table and fold in half so

                    Guests know that we don’t reuse!  Recycle appropriately.
