BEHIND THE BREAKFAST COUNTER: BARISTA DUTIES





                                   Information on this page may not be applicable if bar service is unavailable.


               Silverware



                   Wash or sanitize hands and put on new gloves before delivery to the Guest.  Have

                   to-go plasticware (sealed) available if Guest requests.



               Single-Use Menus


                   After taking Guest’s order, remove menu from table and fold in half so Guests know

                   that we don’t reuse!  Recycle appropriately.



               Beverage/Water/Coffee Refills


                   Provide a NEW cup every time.  Do not refill over the bar/tableside.



               Boxing Guest Food


                   Should a Guest request a box, please immediately deliver an empty box and


                   standby to remove the plate once the Guest has finished boxing their food.

                   (Reminder: Always wash hands after dropping dishes in the kitchen!)
