To date, we’ve had three impactful events that are helping
our community. Earlier this year in February, we held our
One Love Bob Marley Day event, which helped make a
difference in the homes of our animal friends.
This event supported DAWG, a charity that places rescued
animals in loving hands. For Imagine Justice Day we advanced
social justice by supporting Face of Justice, a not-for-profit
assisting in rehabilitation and healing for girls from Costa
Rica affected by human trafficking and exploitation.

Then, earlier in March, Doyenne Dance celebrated
International Women’s Day and helped Vida Autentica
empower local women to farm sustainably and make healthy
food choices for them and their families.
There are still four more events this year that you can be a
part of to help ripple the change.
On April 19, EarthDance will celebrate International Earth
Day to remind us that our Earth provides us with life and
sustenance. To give thanks to Mother Earth o Pachamama,
we are donating to Community Carbon Trees to help plant
biodiverse tropical forests directly in Costa Ballena and a
greener future for our community.
