HOW TO STOP
STAGE FRIGHT
Stage fright is a feeling of intense
anxiety or nervousness that can
affect people before or during a
performance. It can be caused by a
number of factors, including fear of
failure, fear of being judged, or a lack
of confidence.
Stage fright can manifest in a variety
of ways, including physical symptoms
such as sweating, trembling, or a
racing heart, as well as psychological
symptoms such as negative
thoughts, self-doubt, or panic
attacks.
It is a common problem that affects
people of all ages and backgrounds.
It is estimated that up to 75% of
people experience some degree of
stage fright at some point in their
lives. Stage fright can be particularly
debilitating for people who work in
performance-related fields, such as
actors, musicians, or public speakers.
