Two shopping areas, two gas stations, two hardware stores, a car wash, a movie theater, a bike shop,
and tennis courts, all within walking distance and a good location in Santa Rosa to get to everything
in a short distance. I like my neighbors and know everyone on my street. I recently mentioned to two
couples where I was performing nearby, and they came by two different places to hear me and see
what I do."
