Mirage Tours Terms and Conditions

Mirage Tours, (hereinafter “MT”) and its suppliers provide the services rendered and act only as an agent in arranging the various accommodations, transporta-
tion and other services for group tours and individual tour participants. MT will also act as a Trip Planner and offer Tours and Travel for sale to the general
public. T

MT Responsibility: MT reserves the right to cancel Tours and shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the Passenger, which shall E
be deemed to constitute full settlement. MT hereby expressly reserves the right to change the Tour destination if deemed necessary with or without notice to
the passenger. Once any tour or travel has commenced, MT cannot assume responsibility for any refunds, losses, costs or expenses arising out of injury,
accident, or death, loss of or damage to or delay in connection with baggage or other property, gratuities, parking, kennel, home, pet or child sitting services, R
local taxes to be collected at time of arrival, baggage fee, overweight baggage fees, baggage services, delay inconvenience, upset, disappointment, stress,
frustration, loss of employment or loss of holiday time resulting from: A) The act of fault or omission of any party; B) Whole or partial shut-down or service
providers, mechanical breakdown, theft, strike, acts of terrorism, revolutions, war, public health alerts, Home Land Security Alerts or restrictions, political un- M
rest, crowds, labor disputes, construction, elements of weather, closure of access routes, the inability of transportation companies to obtain fuel, render it im-
possible or dangerous to obtain transportation, accident, public health alerts and or quarantine, epidemics or any other action beyond MT control, acts of God,
for any resulting injury to persons or property, any condition's beyond its control, or for any loss or expenses incurred thereby; C) Passenger's failure to provide S
necessary documentation for return to country of origin; MT will not be responsible for name change fees associated with travel when client fails to supply full
name as it appears on a birth certificate, passport or any other form of government issued identification suitable for foreign or domestic travel as appropriate.
D) Being denied access to aircraft due to contravening the airline's conditions of carriage; E) Being held by Government direction or security or law enforce-
ment agency; F) Passengers missing connections, Passenger lateness or failure to follow the directions of MT or its representatives; G) The need for MT to
change itineraries, accommodations or services, provided that every effort is made to supply the most comparable available substitutes, suppliers, are inde-
pendent parties, over which MT exercise no control. All services provided are subject to the conditions imposed by the Suppliers and their liability is limited to A
tariffs, condition of carriage, tickets, vouchers, international convention and agreements. Passengers acknowledge and accept that MT is not in any way liable
for personal injury, personal damage or loss, any inconvenience, loss of time or loss arising out of the act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier,
motor coach company, hotel or any other Suppliers in conjunction with Passenger Tour or Travel; H) MT reserves the right to refuse a passenger admission on N
a tour, if the client becomes distributive, or argumentative during a tour... with a fellow passengers, the driver and /or tour director. Should this occur the client
is responsible (including Minors, Adults or Chaperones) for securing their own way back home at their own expense. Furthermore, the passenger acknowledg- D
es and agrees that MT, is not in any way responsible for any injury, damage or loss due to reason of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, tow, or any other
reason beyond the control of any Suppliers in conjunction with the Tour and Travel.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED FOR YOUR TOUR AND TRAVEL: Contact Mirage Tours for details. Insurance policies are non-
refundable. MT will not be held responsible for any reimbursements whatsoever for anyone declining travel insurance protection. C

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to Mirage Tours. office... Telephone cancellations must be accompanied by an imme- O
diate email or written notice. The official date of the cancellation will be taken from when the written notice is received in the Mirage Tours Office. Full refund is
available if the tour is canceled within three days of the initial payment. (date on check) Thereafter cancellation penalties and processing fees apply for the tour.
Each Tour will have its own cancellation policy that will be adhered to and becomes part of the Terms and Conditions of Mirage Tours. Each tour has non- N
refundable item such as airline tickets, meals etc. Cancellation Penalty Processing Fees are spelled out in each tour and are legal and binding and cannot be
disputed. Details will be provided upon registration. No refunds will be issued for unused or non-refundable tour, travel, land, sea or air component services.

COVID-19 WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 T
is reported to be contagious. The state of the medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person -to-person contact and possibly by
contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The I
exact method of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19
can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death. Mirage Tours, cannot prevent you from become exposed to, contracting, or spreading
COVID-19 while utilizing Mirage Tours ‘s services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to O
utilize Mirage Tour’s service and or enter onto Mirage Tour’s premises you may be exposing yourself to and or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading
COVID-19. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understand the aforementioned warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of
contracting COVID-19 for myself, and or children, or others on my booking in order to utilize Mirage Tour’s services and enter Mirage Tours premises. These N
services are of such value to me and others in my booking, that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and or spreading COVID-19 in order to utilize
Mirage Tour’s services and premises in person. WAIVER OF LAWSUIT / LIABILITY: I, herby forever release and waive my right, and those on my booking, to
bring suit against Mirage Tours and its owner, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with S
exposure, infection and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Mirage Tour’s services and premises. I understand that this wavier means I give up my right
to bring any claim including personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up
any claim I may have to seek damages whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
