Rooming Policies: Each Tour will detail the rooming policy for that particular tour. If occupancy in a room changes, the Trip Planner must notify MT,
and reassign the Passengers to avoid fees. Lodging bedding, bathrooms configurations vary. MT reserves the right to substitute lodging pending availa-
bility at the time of reservation. Lodging may be under renovation or construction & MT will not issue refunds or discounts for such case. Passengers
may request, but are not guaranteed: cots, refrigerators, cribs, adjoining or adjacent rooms, bedding, balcony or other related Tour and Travel request
(such as special diets) but may not be guaranteed. In addition, Participant is responsible for any fees associated with the request... if any. Request are
not always guaranteed. T

Interpretation, Release and Indemnity: In consideration of Mirage Tours, acceptance of this signed contract for the Tour and any activity associated E
therewith, the Passenger, any Passenger under the age of 18 and the custodial parent /legal guardian of any Passenger under the age of 18 release
and forever discharge Mirage Tours, its officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns agent, cooperative agencies and Suppliers from any and R
against all claims, cost, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to his / her person or property wheresoever and however
caused, arising out of or in connection with the occasioned by any act or failure to act, including without limitation negligence of Mirage Tours, any one
or more of its officers, directors, successors, assigns and Suppliers from any and all claims, cost, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, M
loss or damage to his / her person or property where so ever and however caused arising out of or in connection with the Tour or any activity associated
therewith. Passengers under the age of 18 and custodial parents /legal guardians for Passengers under the age of 18 further agree that this release and
indemnity shall bind his /her personal representative, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. The provisions, contained herein constitute the entire S
contract between Mirage Tours, and the Passenger under the age of 18 and the custodial parent or legal guardian of Passengers under the age of 18.
Submitting Tour deposit acknowledges that the aforementioned parties have herby read the contract or been given a reasonable opportunity to read
and understand the contract. The laws of the State of New York regardless of its conflict of laws provisions shall govern any dispute arising out of the
services provided by, or due to participation with, MT and any litigation shall commence in New York State Supreme Court, Niagara County or the Unit-
ed States District Court for the Western District of New York, and nowhere else. Revised June 2020 A
