고순도 합성 석영 제조를 위한 석영모재사업에 진출하였으며, 기술 연구소를
중심으로 끊임없는 미래 기술 확보에 주력하여 지속적인 성장이 가능한 기업
으로 거듭나고 있습니다.
Advance into ‘high-tech materials industry’ The technology that
measures the future value of 3S KOREA will realize a positive future and simul-
taneously open a new future for semiconductor material industry and environ-
ment industry. As the only wafer carrier manufacturer in Korea, we have been
mass-producing 300mm FOSB and completed 450mm wafer carrier, FOUP and
O/C business as next generation business. In order to diversify our business, we
have entered the quartz base material business to manufacture ultra-high purity
synthetic quartz for the first time in Korea. We have been steadily growing to
become a company capable of continuous growth by focusing on securing future
technologies centering on research institute.

3S KOREA started with environmental test equipment and calorie meter, but
recently it has been actively participating in the new blue ocean pioneering in the
21st century through advance into quartz base material business. We will lead the
market as the leader of the environmental industry in the 21st century with a spirit
