Recipe






              Graham Cracker Crust


              1 ½ cups graham cracker-crushed
              2 Tablespoon light brown sugar
              1 teaspoon cinnamon
              1/3 cup unsalted bu�er-melted and slightly cooled


              Cheesecake Filling


              16 oz. cream cheese-so�ened
              ½ cup of sugar
              1 teaspoon vanilla
              2 Tablespoons cornstarch
              2 Tablespoons sour cream
              2 eggs- slightly beaten with a fork


              Pecan Topping


              3 Tablespoons unsalted bu�er
              ½ cup light brown sugar
              ½ teaspoon cinnamon (or more to taste)
              ¼ teaspoon salt
              ¼ cup heavy cream
              1 cup toasted pecans-chopped

              -Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line standard 12 cups cupcake pan with paper liners and set aside.


              To make the crust


              -S�r together crushed graham crackers, light brown sugar, and cinnamon. Then, add melted bu�er,
              s�r well with a fork un�l all crumbs are evenly moist.


              -Press about 2 Tablespoons of the mixture into an even layer in the bo�om of each paper liner and
              set aside.
