(iii) workmen's compensation and employer's liability -
it is extended to cover employee's family members when
the employee in the course of employment at the material
time.

(iv) pollution liability -it is excluded except when pollution
in a building is caused by the heating equipment of the
building or where contractual operations are being
carried out and hostile fire fumes and vapours result in
liability. The policy does not cover pollution caused by
waste products stored, processed, collected, or
transported. It does not cover materials being used in
operations causing pollution liability.

(v) user ownership of aircraft, auto, or watercraft owned
and mobile equipments.

(vi) war.

(vii) property owned, rented, occupied, leased or being
worked upon.

(viii) damage to own product.

(ix) damage to work included in the products-completed
operational hazards, unless performed by contractors
on insured's behalf.

(x) damage to impaired property or property not
physically insured.
