Dear Friends,
The Digital seed was planted in SUD Life sometime in 2021 and we have made good progress in setting up
our Digital Infrastructure to provide a seamless UX while buying our product. The newly formed Hybrid
Digital team is creating initial brand visibility by conducting awareness & engagement worksites at
Corporates, Defense Forces, Government departments, even creating some buzz around the special
product features for Bank & SUD employees. We have recently launched the Group Term Cover for Union
Bank customers by integrating with the Vyom App. It’s one of the most competitive products available to
customers. We aim to pitch the Digital GTI as a foot-in-the-door product for every Bank customer &
employee using the Vyom App. We are in the process of onboarding and developing new models of
distribution through Digital Partners & Assisted Acquisition capable of accommodating market
environment changes and disruptive innovation to capture the Non Bancassurance customer as well
The goal we are shooting for is to use our customer base to derive the customer behavior and combine
them with new technologies, functions, and business models to provide the best value in the digital space .
We know that we have to traverse a long journey to be considered amongst the Market Leaders in Digital,
we also believe that with the focused efforts of the teams in Digital Sales, BSG, IT, Marketing & all the
supportive Sales channels rallying around us, collectively, we will make a significant difference in the next
12-24 months.
