Learning Hours Update






       The Sales Training Team has launched "Learning Hour" as part of their continuous learning initiative to improve the
       knowledge and skills of the Sales Teams.
       The main objective of the weekly  "Learning Hour" sessions is to give our sales teams a platform for continuous
       engagement and learning. This helps our sales teams grow their capabilities, which in turn improves their performance.

       The topic selected for the workshops cover various segments, including Products, Sales Pitches, Business Insurance,
       Digital Applications, and Processes, depending on the goals and requirements of the sales teams.

       On August 11, 2022, Shri. Ganesh Muruga, EVP & Head of Retail Sales, along with the Channel Heads and Head Sales
       Training, launched the Learning Hour program.

       This training is conducted every week on a chosen topic separately for BOI, UBI 1, UBI 2, Credit Life & RRB Channel. The sales
       team's response to Learning Hour sessions has constantly been excellent, and it has helped foster a learning
       environment.

       Till now, 15 sessions and 55 Trainings have been conducted, with an average participation of approximately 650
       employees per session. At the end of the session, participants ask their queries and the same get resolved by the faculty.
       The questions asked during the sessions are collated and uploaded in Mobcast in the form of Frequently Asked
       Questions (FAQs) for quick reference.

       The sessions are going on at a consistent pace and will act as a building block in the learning journey of the sales teams.
