The Insurance Times
(1) accidental death or bodily injury to any person
other than a person in the Insured's service or a
member of the Insured's family or household;
(2) accidental damage to :
a) any motor vehicle (including its accessories
whilst thereon ) held in trust by or in the
custody or control of the Insured;
b) other property not being property belonging
to or held in trust by or in the custody or control
of the Insured; occurring, in on or about the
premises through i) the negligence of the
Insured or any person in the service of or
acting on behalf of the Insured, or
ii) by or through any defect in the premises or in the
ways, works, machinery or plant therein.
Limits of Liability
(a) Under Section II (1) in respect of any one claim
or number of claims arising out of one cause -
Unlimited As per Motor Vehicles Act, 1988
(b) Under Section II (2) in respect of any one claim or
number of claims arising out of one cause....
Rs.6,000/-. The Tariff however provides for
following higher limits
