Embrace Tele-health and Online Services : Implement remote healthcare consultations and services
to enhance access, especially in rural areas.
Encourage Inclusive Decision-Making : Involve all family members in healthcare decisions to ensure
diverse perspectives and empower women.
Design Tailored Health Insurance : Develop health insurance products catering to specific disease
coverage needs of different regions.
6. Conclusion
This study highlights the importance of addressing financial inclusion and healthcare access for
households in Dhaka, Tangail, and Meherpur. To improve the situation, promote financial literacy,
design tailored health insurance, embrace technology, provide affordable healthcare services, and foster
inclusive decision-making. Implementing these recommendations will bridge the gap between financial
inclusion and healthcare, securing the well-being of every household.
