(ii) Special Contingency Insurance - Provides protection
to those clients who want a single policy to cover all the
risks of a Fire, Burglary and Personal Accident policies
in respect of their machinery or equipment or any other
property. This policy is issued by the Accident
Department. The perils covered are Fire, lightning,
burglary and accidental external damage, other perils
can also be covered. If the insured property is fragile,
an excess is imposed in respect of each and every loss
arising from an accident.

Exclusions:
A. Loss or damage caused by: (1) war and allied perils

and nuclear risks (2) Riot, strikes and civil
commotion (riot and strikes risks may be covered
on payment of additional premium). (4) overloading
or strain.

B. Loss or damage occurring whilst being used for
racing or pace making and

C. Consequential loss, depreciation, wear and tear, or
mechanical breakdown.
