declared by the proposer. The companies have to
exercise utmost care and use their underwriting
judgement in accepting this figure.

Warranties -
(i) The Shrimp or prawn culture ponds should be

prepared in accordance with prescribed,
recommended and established practices.
(ii) The Shrimp or Prawn seeds should be healthy and
of good quality and selected in accordance with
established and prescribed norms and tests and
purchased from well known hatcheries or sources.
(iii) The feed should be of high quality and procured
from reputed firms.
(iv) The stocking density of Shrimp or Prawns should
not be more than as specified.
(v) The farmers should observe a holiday period as
recommended by MPEDA or other related
government agencies, before releasing fresh seeds.
