雲林縣北港鎮特產為「黑金剛花生」。 “Black peanut” is the local specialty of Beigang
Township, Yunlin County.
落花生又稱長生果，本為黑仁種花生，花生果仁種皮
為深黑紫色，富含天然的花青素，且可溶於水，其莢 Peanuts are also known as longevity nut. The
果網紋較深邃。炒焙後口感細緻清香，俗稱「黑金剛 kernel was black, and the seed coat of peanut
花生」。 kernel is dark black-purple, which is rich in nature
anthocyanin and is soluble in water. The legume’s
reticulation is deeper. After frying and roasting,
the taste would become delicate and faint scent,
commonly known as “black peanut”.
