Scoolmedia.com is a national online platform showcasing students’ work. They

provide editorial guidance and mentorship to young journalists-to-be. Stories
published on the bilingual site (in Bulgarian and English) follow journalistic ethics

and standards, as the student reporters also hone their skills in news-gathering,

writing and fact-checking as well as learn more about the journalistic profession.

Goals
– Engage students and their teachers with the journalistic profession through the

provision of learning materials and manuals, editorial guidance and a platform to

present their work;
– Equip high school students in Bulgaria with the necessary skills to critically

assess, interpret and analyze information;

– Promote media content produced by the students;
– Promote high-level reporting ethics and standards.
