vulnerable. Remote working has become an essential work practice as it saves the
commuting time, the overheads and the resources associated with physical office
management. We are entering a new era of work, and there are no signs that it is
slowing down. Freelancing and remote work are fast becoming the norm. Co-working
spaces in the EU are widely used by young people who are working independently
and who believe in mutual collaboration, exchange of ideas, skills and information.

are faced with increased creativity in their work process and have a higher success
rate in the market with either their products or services.Whether it’s in the area of
remote writing jobs, remote developer jobs, remote consulting, remote teaching or
more, the traditional workplace environment is becoming irrelevant to both
employees and employers. These trends are set to continue, perhaps at an even
more rapid pace as we move further into the 21st century. However, it is getting hard
to manage the workforce belonging to unskilled sector, which constitute a
considerable number of total workforce. Learning more about new working practices,
they are finding the ways and means to figure out the activities that can be
accomplished remotely using latest communication technologies like Microsoft
Teams, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, bluejeans, Webex, Hangouts etc. Organizations
irrespective of the sector can convene virtual meetings/ workshops via the above
mentioned communication tools. In the past two years, Co-working has experienced
a boom and become a global phenomenon. In essence, Co-working represents a
deliberate choice not to work alone. It is a modern way of working for self-employed
individuals and other professionals, who are encouraged by today’s socio-economic
factors to share working space permanently or periodically with others from either

related or completely different work areas.
