Auto Plastering Machine
SCOPE
This procedure covers the method for plastering work using Auto Plastering Machine
Safety Guidelines:
Scaffolding : Erected, Inspected, Approved as per Contractor/ Client safety guidelines
Plastering Machine: Inspected and Approved by P&M department regarding Mechanical and
Electrical Issue along with operator.
Plastering Pipeline : Mortar Hose and Air Hose should be fixed with existing Scaffolding
Workmen : All Staff, Operator, Workmen are to be trained regarding operation of the Machine
Materials
1. Sand: This shall be complying with the requirements of IS 383. Zone II & Zone III sand shall
be used. Sand shall be consisting of materials resulting from natural disintegration of rock
and which has been deposited by stream.
2. Cement: The cement shall be Portland Pazzolana Cement/ Ordinary Portland Cement. Test
Certificate of the Cement of each consignment shall be submitted to client
3. Crusher Dust: Crusher Dust is produced from blast furnace slag by crushing, screening and
processing to remove all single size aggregates. The fines are screened off as crusher dust, a
grey coloured fine aggregate dust consisting of angular to roughly cubical shaped particles
with a characteristically vesicular structure and rough surface texture
4. Chemical (Air Entering Agent) : Chryso ARN is used as an air entering agent to make the
mortar flow regular while passing through the mortar hose pipe.
Required Machinery & Tools:
1. Auto Plastering Machine.
2. Mortar Rubber Hose Pipe (40 mm or 50 mm Dia.).
3. Compressor Rubber Hose pipe (25 mm Dia.)
4. Nozzle/Spray Gun.
5. Sand Screening Machine.
6. Plaster Finishing Machine /Rendering Machine.
7. Aluminum Rectangular Strips (10mmx40mm)
8. Aluminum Angle Scraper
