 People who are spraying should be changing their hand after a few times to avoid wrist pain.

 A Proper communication system between Operator and Sprayer should be created. Verbally
communication cannot be possible due to Machine Sound and noisy environmental.

 Spraying should be done from top to bottom and should be finished with Scraper as soon as

the desired thickness is obtained

 After doing primary finish with scraper Rendering Machine is to be used for final finishing from
following the spraying person.

 After completing the finishing work, fixed Aluminium Strips are gently removed and patch work

need to be done manually.

Mortar Rubber Hose Pipe (40 mm or 50 mm Dia.)

It used for ready mix cement mortar goes throw the pipe towards brick

wall.

Compressor Rubber Hose pipe (25 mm
Dia.)

It is help of passes ready mix mortar spraying on the brick wall.

Spraying of traditional site mixes and many kind of pre-blended mor-

tars.

Sand Screening Machine

Sand Screening Machine is used to sieve sand for use in construc-
tion work. Sand is poured on the mesh or sieve which vibrates and

enables fine grain sand to be separated easily. The vibratory action
is specifically beneficial for moist sand as in many places only moist

sand is available for construction.
