Operating Of Auto Plastering Machine


         At First the Machine should be inspected properly
         by checking

            a) Hydraulic Oil

            b) Gear Oil


            c)  Water in Piston Chamber

            d) Electrical Switches

            e) Lever of Upper Hopper

            f) Lever of Mortar Outlet

           Then the Mortar Hose and Air Hose should be checked weather there is any dry mortar inside

            the both hose.

           Hoppers and Chambers are checked properly to ensure there shouldn‘t be any debris of mor-
            tar in dried condition.


           Air Hose has to be joined with machine by Coupler. Then Mortar hose is to be attached with
            machine keeping reducer pipe in front, attached with Nozzle/Gun.

           Lower hopper is to be filled with cement slurry containing half of the hopper volume and mix-

            ing procedure of mortar to be commence in the upper hopper keeping ratio of  1:2:3 ( Ce-
            ment : Crusher Dust: Sand). Air Entering Agent is also to be added mixed with water while the

            mixing procedure is going on.

           When the mortar is properly mixed it is then pour in the lower hopper with the help of the leaver.

           Then the Mortar outlet should be opened and let the mortar flown through pipe.

           When the spraying need to be restricted for some reason change the direction of the leaver to

            the previous direction to make a rotation from lower hopper to lower hopper.

          Procedure for Spraying On Wall

           Mortar  hose  &  Air  Hose  both  should  be fixed  with  machine  keeping  Rubber washer inside

            Coupling

           While plastering always remember both the hose should not be bend while work is going on.

           Spraying should be done Horizontally Zig-Zag way, and if not more than 10 mm in a layer. If
            more thickness is needed repeat after a few gap letting the first coat dry.


           The gap between Nozzles should not be more than 300 mm.
