BRUCE ALLMTY

Bruce Allmty soared to his first stakes victory in the $50,000 KOFX Radio Handicap-G3 at Sunland Park on Jan. 27.
When the gate opened for the 350-yard race,
Bruce Allmty broke on top under jockey Roberto Meraz Jr. The 4-year-old gelding led throughout for a wire-to-wire victory by 1 1⁄4-lengths in :17.124 for 102 speed index. The $30,000 winner’s share of the KOFX purse has boosted his total lifetime earnings to $102,158.
Fernando Carrete trains Bruce Allmty for owner Adrian Cano. The gelding began his racing career in Oklahoma and has made his way to Colorado, Iowa, and Texas in addition to New Mexico. He broke
his maiden at Remington Park, but his five other victories have come in New Mexico.
Jailbait Inc. bred Bruce Allmty in Arkansas from the unraced mare BR Regal Gal. She has produced 100% money earners from three starters. Bruce Allmty is her first stakes winner and top earner. His second dam, Grade 1 winner Beduinos Rusty, is a full sister to World Champion Whosleavingwho
and has produced stakes winners Hesa Lil Bit High, Rustys Quickid and Brimful.
May Be Fantastic SA (Fantastic Corona Jr-Darlin Treis) was second under jockey Emilio Tapia for owner Orlando Guerrero and trainer Ubaldo Guerrero.
Jose Ortiz piloted Marseille (FDD Dynasty-KR Dragonfly) to third for owner Hugo Esquivel and trainer Juan Esquivel.
BF Fooserageous (Foose-BF Outrageous), Double O Seven B (FDD Dynasty-Stellar Shay), Deal A Fortune (Dealagame-Separatist Fortune), Apollitical Dreaming (Apollitical Jess-Chalala), Once Over (Walk Thru Fire-Look Her Over), American Girl Rocks (American Runaway-Rock N Zoom) and Docs First Fire (Walk Thru Fire-Dutch Secret) completed the field. Lotta Dynasty and Teves were scratched.
Billy Montgomery Stakes

Second Down Leaving was second to none en route to his 2nd stakes victory in the $25,000 Billy Montgomery Stakes at Louisiana Downs on Jan. 20. Second Down Leaving broke on top from the 10-post and led at every call of the 350-yard race. The gelding held off JRS Taylors Runnaway by a 1/2-length in the stretch.
Prepped by Javier Contreras, Second Down Leaving finished the race in :17.834 posting a 91 speed index with Raul Ramirez Jr. aboard. The $15,000 winner’s share of the purse boosted his total lifetime earnings to $131,788.
The three-year-old gelding is owned by Eulalio Argote and Victor Alvarado and successfully kicked off his sophomore campaign, logging his 5th win in 7 career starts. Also, winning the Louisiana Juvenile Stakes last year at Delta Downs, Second Down Leaving has never finished worse than second in a race.

Rosalio Espinosa owns runner-up JRS Taylors Runnaway (Sir Runaway Dash-No Matches Tonight), who bested Second Down Leaving in last fall’s LQHBA Sale Futurity. The gelding is trained by Martin Trejo and had Floriberto Maldonado up. Fastdashing Lassie (Heza Fast Dash-The Louisiana Lassie) was 3rd for owners Oscar Rohne & Keithon Roberts and trainer Kenneth Roberts, Sr. David Alvarez was aboardt.
JRS Natural Runaway (Sir Runaway Dash-BJs Cute N Natural), Mr Coco Pilota (Mr Piloto- Cocopata), Stormy T (Mr Piloto-T Storm TB), Kerrys Corona (Tee Cos-Sweet Mama Gene), Jess Toastem (Jess Cuervo-Toastem Honi), Dolls Regal Doc (First Prize Dßoc-Dolls Regal Choice) and Games For Girls (Game Patriot-Dashin Kate Perry) completed the order of finish.
Party Girl Stakes
LA MOS CORONA

La Mos Corona sprinted to her second stakes vic- tory in the $25,000 Party Girl Stakes at Louisiana Downs on Jan. 27.
Competing in a field of Louisiana-bred fillies and mares, the 4-year-old La Mos Corona looked sharp. She broke in second under Floriberto Maldonado and dueled with Sassy Chic 3341. The team gained a 1/2-length lead at the top of the stretch and defeated the pre-race favorite.
Orlando Orozco trains La Mos Corona, who finished her 350-yard trip in :17.447 for a career best 103 speed index running on a fast track.
Manuel Alvarez owns La Mos Corona, who won last year’s Billy Montgomery Stakes at Evangeline Downs. The filly holds six total victories in 17 starts and extended her existing win streak to four straight. The $15,000 winner’s share of the purse pushed her cumulative bankroll to $105,177.
Oscar Rohne bred La Mos Corona out of 7-time stakes winner La Mos Chingono. She has produced 100% money earners from five starters with two stakes winners, including Central Hi-Point 3-Year- Old Filly and stakes placed La Mos PYC. Voted the East Hi-Point 3-Year-Old Filly, La Mos Corona is her first stakes winner and top money earner.
Sassy Chic 3341 (Fast Prize Dash- Princelydancersjewel) and jockey Alfonso Lujan finished second for owners Wade and Kay Loup and trainer Vann Haywood.
Punctuality (Jet Black Patriot-Kay P TB) fin- ished third for owner Gerardo Morales and trainer Juan Carrillo Jr. Damian Martinez did the riding.
Di Maria (Tee Cos-Tell Brenda), Sweet Bru (Embrujo FG-Dashin Sweetpea), T Girl C (Sir Runaway Dash-Toast To Mallard), BJS Cartel Cash (Dragon Wings-BJS Rakin Cash) and VFGO Max Go (Jet Black Patriot-Ought To Go Shine) com- pleted the field.
