                                Wyoming All Breeds Futurity
EYESA SPECIAL HARPER

Odds-on favorite Eyesa Special Harper became a multiple stakes winner in the $37,650 Wyoming All Breeds Futurity at Energy Downs on Sept. 17.
The chestnut filly broke second from the 4-post under Luis Peralta. Her half-brother and stablemate Eyesa Special Shadow, sprinted out to an early 4-length lead, but Eyesa Special Harper allowed the sibling rivalry to fuel her late surge past the leader, catching him near the wire and winning by a neck.
Eyesa Special Harper and Peralta bolted down
the 350-yard track in :17.794, earning a 95 speed index. The filly won her Sept. 3 trial heat at Central Wyoming Fair earning her the third fastest qualifier spot to the finals. The Wyoming All Breeds Futurity is the filly’s fourth consecutive win and second stakes win, having also scored in the Wyoming Bred Futurity at Wyoming Downs.
Owner and breeder Broken Bones Cattle Company took home the $13,178 winner’s share of the purse, nearly doubling the filly’s lifetime earn- ings, which now stand at $28,354. Jesse Villegas trains Eyesa Special Harper.
Eyesa Special Harper was bred out of stakes winner Streakin Camilla. She has produced 100% money earners from five starters including 2-time stakes winner /top earner Eyesa Special River and stakes placed Eyesa Special Roscoe.
Eyesa Special Shadow (Eyesa Special Slim-Lil Shameless Angel) was 2nd under Shaunda Larsen for Juanita J. Villegas and trainer Jesse Villegas. CD Leave Em Proud (BR Proudest Victory-Dellaleave) was 3rd under Jordan Hadley for Carol L. Lee and trainer Justin Thompson. Followed by A Hot Secret (We Have A Secret-Hot Sign Harley) who was DQ’d from 3rd to 4th, Sixs Streakin Hestia (First N Six-Cash and Fire), and Go Roller Coaster (Brindis Por Cayenne-Dashetta Go). Eyesa Special Bolt, La Futura Dash, VVR Dazzling Corona, & VVR Poolhall Girl scratched.
Wyoming All Breeds Derby
TDM BIG SHOOTER

TDM Big Shooter claimed his second stakes win in a row in the $23,700 Wyoming All Breeds Derby for Wyoming-bred 3-year-olds at Energy Downs on Sept. 18. The 3-year-old sorrel gelding shot from
the gate and gradually stretched his lead for the comprehensive wire-to-wire victory. Running under Oscar Cervantes, TDM Big Shooter left the rest of the field in his wake crossing the wire 3/4-lengths in front. The win marks the gelding’s third stakes win overall—all from the state of Wyoming.
TDM Big Shooter and Cervantes claim the best performance of the day at Energy Downs, running the 350-yard fast track in :17.484 and earning a speed index of 104. The gelding earned the $8,295 winner’s share of the purse for owner Tyson Morgan, bringing his lifetime earnings to $34,229. Steve Morgan conditioned TDM Big Shooter.
TDM Big Shooter was the second fastest qualifier after winning his Sept. 4 trial at Central Wyoming Fair.
Mike Lipp bred TDM Big Shooter in Wyoming out of Grade 3 finalist Tru Socialite. She has produced 5 starters including Northwest Hi-Point 3-Year-Old Colt Catlow Rim. TDM Big Shooter is her first stakes winner.

F. Kaul & trainer Jesse Villegas. Lil Bit of A Secret (Brindis Por Cayenne- Dashin Dashetta) was 3rd under Aubrie Green for Gerald F. Kaul & trainer Travis Lusk. Followed by Jes Zoomin Girl (Jess Zoomin-Abs Carolina Girl), CD Jack Daniel Proud (BR Proudest Victory-TMZ Misbehavin), VVR Curb Runin Reena (Coronas Velvet-Streakin Serena), CJ Cashin Cartel (Jess Cartel-Cashin Alyssa), Nowshezalady (Brindis Por Cayenne-Hydra Matic Lady), and Nowtoastthelady (Brindis Por Cayenne- Now A Lady). No Secrets Sister scratched.
Energy Downs Bonus Challenge
THE MIDNITE CALLER

The Midnite Caller became a multiple stakes win- ner with a victory in the $18,020 Energy Downs Bonus Challenge Stakes on Sept. 17.
The 6-year-old sorrel gelding broke fourth from the 8-gate and surged toward the leaders. He took the lead at the first call and stretched his lead to 3/4-lengths at the wire under CJ Benn for his second stakes win in five starts. The pair traveled the 350- yard track in :17.623, earning a 99 speed index.
Alejandro Arias owns The Midnite Caller,
who earned $7,208 of the purse with the win. The amount raises the gelding’s lifetime earnings to $67,567. Luis Gonzalez trains The Midnite Caller, as well as Ima Polaris, who finished in show.
J & M Loveland and L. Southworth bred The Midnite Caller out of five-time stakes winner Cee The Blurr in Idaho, whom they also own. The 2-time NW Hi-Point Aged Mare and 3-time New Track Record setter has produced 100% money earners from 11 starters including 3-time New Track Record setter/stakes-placed Cees Roan Classic, 2-time graded stakes winner Luck Cee A Lady and top earner The Midnight Caller.
Kathys Star Teller (Teller Cartel-Sea Island Dancer) finished second under Luis Peralta for owner Edel Ortiz Saenz and trainer Gustavo Rios. Ima Polaris (Ivory James-Ima Snow Runner) finished third under Uriel Dominguez after a slow start. His connections include owner/trainer Luis H. Gonzalez.
