Under Alfredo Triana Jr., Regard The Rose broke

They completed the 400 yards in :19.734, post- ing an 86 speed index.
Regard The Rose brought home the $67,194 win- ner’s share of the purse for owner Mason King and trainer Alfredo Triana, boosting her total lifetime earnings to $135,461. The filly now has a race record of 12-7(2)-1-0, including a victory in the Arapahoe Park Futurity last year.

FANTASTIC FEELYN
by Michael Cusortelli
Making just his second career start, Fantastic Feelyn broke his maiden with a victory in the $55,900 Minnesota Quarter Horse Futurity at
Canterbury Park on Sept. 2.
Fly With A Buzz, the 19-10 favorite in the field
of eight, actually crossed the wire first, 1-length in front of Fantastic Feelyn. However, that gelding was disqualified and placed fourth for drifting in at the break and impeding Runnoft.
As a result, Fantastic Feelyn was moved into first. Ridden by Nik Goodwin for owner Rodney Von Ohlen and trainer Ed Hardy, the gelding completed the 350 yards in :18.904 while racing against a 22-mph head wind. Fantastic Feelyn earned $27,950 to boost his bankroll to $30,650.
Fantastic Feelyn was bred by Von Ohlen,
who, with his wife Sylvia, was inducted into the Canterbury Park Hall of Fame on Sept. 1. Fantastic Feelyn is the first starter produced by 6-time win- ner Fly Eyeann, a homebred who won the 2012 Minnesota Futurity and ran second in that season’s Minnesota Stallion Breeders’ Futurity. Fantastic Feelyn’s second dam, Eyzanee, ran second in the 2001 AQHA Central Derby Challenge-G3 at Canterbury Park.
Ali Returns (High Rate Of Return-Alikazam) was moved to second under Ry Eikleberry for owner Rodney Von Ohlen and trainer Ed Hardy.
Briannah McDaniels’ Runnoft (BP Phoenix Reign-Max Seen) took third. Wilfredo Arroyo rode the gelding for trainer Lexon Backhaus.
Fly With A Buzz (Desirio-Aint No Game) was disqualified from first to fourth and was followed by Haute Wagon (Wagons West-Chics Timeto Fling), Lil Miss Hott Pants (Inseperable-Stel Rare), Holy Storm (Red Storm Cat-Holy White Socks TB) and TRS Boy Named Sue (Knud With Wings- Whereshesupposedtobe).
