The $23,500 winner’s share of the West Texas Juvenile purse increased her bankroll to $23,945. The filly made her debut with a fourth-place finish in the eighth of 12 West Texas Futurity-G1 trials on April 12. No Sandbaggin was bred by Dr. Steve Burns
out of Remember The Cartel, an unraced daugh-
ter of the Holland Ease stallion Corona Cartel
and the winning Leaving Memories mare Leaving Koolmemories, who broke her maiden in her only start and was injured after the wire.
No Sandbaggin is a half-sister to multiple stakes winner Long Lost Buddy and 2011 Ruidoso Futurity-G1 finalist Separate Cartel. The filly’s third dam, the winning mare Kool Kue, produced two graded stakes winners, including two-time Champion Aged Mare Kool Kue Baby.

Picov Maturity
HAD TO BE IVORY
by Tracy Gantz
Had To Be Ivory doesn’t like to lose. In 10 lifetime starts, he had only lost once, to Country Boy 123. Bettors took note in the $41,520 Picov Maturity
on May 26 and made Country Boy 123 the favorite over Had To Be Ivory. Those who stayed true to Had To Be Ivory, however, were rewarded when the geld- ing avenged his only defeat.
Tony Phillips, who has ridden Had To Be Ivory in his every start, was back aboard. Bringonthewave broke on top, while Had To Be Ivory came away last of eight. But he quickly moved up and beat Country Boy 123 by 3/4-length in :15.230 for 300 yards.
Bryn Robertson trains Had To Be Ivory for owners/breeders Carol and Jaime Robertson. Had To Be Ivory previously won the 2017 Ajax Juvenile Challenge, 2017 Alex Picov Memorial Futurity, 2018 Ajax Downs Bonus Derby Challenge, and 2018 Picov Derby.
The Robertsons bred Had To Be Ivory from Had To Be Fandango. Racing for the Robertsons, Had To Be Fandango won the 2011 Maple Leaf Derby. The mare has produced two starters, both winners.
Ruth Barbour owns and trains second-place Country Boy 123 (Country Chicks Man-Very Dashin 123), ridden by Cory Spataro. A 6-year-old gelding, Country Boy 123 has won eight stakes, including the 2017 and 2018 Picov Maturity.

Adequan POD Derby Challenge
KIS MY BIT
by John Moorehouse
Kis My Bit picked a fine time to log his first-ever stakes victory by winning the $40,000 Adequan Pocatello Downs Derby Challenge on May 19.
Kis My Bit broke from the four-gate in fine posi-
tion and battled pre-race favorite Rob That Wagon for the lead throughout the race.

Ricardo Castillo trains Kis My Bit, who had jockey Eddie Aceves aboard for the first time.
Adrian Aleman owns Kis My Bit, who now holds three wins in nine outs and is 2-0 as a sophomore.

The mare has produced 100% winners from 10 starters, including top money earner Teller Sweet Nothins, winner of the 2012 Heartland Futurity. Kis My Bit becomes her third stakes winner with this victory.
Rob That Wagon (PYC Paint Your Wagon-
First Tea Rose), a three-time stakes winner coming into this event, settled for a close second under
