Regards Miracle was facing New Mexico-bred distance specialists off of his fourth-place finish in the 870-yard, $50,000 Herman Jefferson Stakes (G3) at Zia Park on October 6.
The gelding was bred by Richard Franco, and he was a $60,000 yearling purchase at the 2015 New Mexico-Bred Sale at Ruidoso Downs.

Regards Miracle is out of Old Lady Mitchell, a winning daughter of champion Dean Miracle. Raced exclusively in New Mexico, the gelding has won four of 14 starts, including two of his four outs at the 870 trip, and the $84,000 winner’s share of the purse from his first stakes victory increased his earn- ings to $153,890, of which $101,684 has been pocketed this season.

Daddy has won two of 10 starts and has banked $66,871, and he was a finalist in the July 29, 400-yard Zia Derby (RG2) at Ruidoso Downs.
