             The Brief/Objectives.



              Based on FBF’s initial discussion and sharing of information by Druid’s Glen, FBF’s view of
              the objectives for the next 18 months ahead is set out below:


                •  To position Druid’s Glen golf offering (encompassing the two courses) as the pinnacle
                   of Irish golf

                •  To communicate information surrounding the investment and refurbishment and the

                   future of golf at Druid’s Glen Resort and the new additions to Woodstock House etc.

                •  To build anticipation, awareness and excitement amongst golfers ahead of the re-

                   opening of Druid’s Glen course

                •  To celebrate Druid’s Heath as a course in its own right, its new identity and features

                   that makes it special

                •  To drive memberships at both courses and the positives of a long-term commitment

                   as a member of the club

                •  To drive green fee purchase, welcoming leisure, societies and groups


                •  To position Druid’s Glen to attract championship tournaments such as the Irish Open


                •  To highlight the attractiveness of golf at Druid’s Glen with the services and splendour
                   of the full hotel and resort


                •  To attract domestic and international golfers
