g) the proposal to fill operational gaps in the teaching staff of the minority
primary and secondary schools of Thrace and Muslim Seminaries of Thrace.

h) the proposal for changes in organicity and the decision to suspend

operation due to lack or minimum number of enrolled students of minorities

schools of Thrace.

i) the proclamation of elections and the appointment of the President and
members of the schools; superintendents of minority schools in Thrace.

j) the decision to grant school premises and to grant permission to enter the

minority schools in Thrace.

k) the recruitment and placement of seminarians of the Muslim religion.

l) the placement of Turkish teachers in minority schools of Thrace.

m) the selection and placement of educational staff in Muslim Seminaries of

Thrace.
