c) the preparation of the statements of travel expenses away from home and

the provision of sending them to the competent Financial Supervisory and
Control Services (EDPS) of the Treasury of the State,

d) planning, drawing up technical specifications, tendering procedure, the

award, supervision, and supervision of public contracts of all kinds, provision of

services included,

e) the annual planning for the items to be procured necessary for the orderly

operation of its organizational units,
