realized that he had got a good handsome work experience. He started working for
two to three hours after college in the same field with very small amount which

brought him lots of appreciation from the local people which inspired him to take
Electrical Engineering as his profession. He developed his communication skills

through the mock interview session at the TATA STRIVE program. He feels this was

essential in shaping his personality to compete in the market.

This passion driven attitude got him a job at Suzuki Motors, Gujarat. He is earning
a handsome salary. His parents are very happy now. He helped them not only

economically but also added to their lifestyle. They think the decision to join ITI
was impactful in their son’s life. He also financially helps his elder brother’s

education. He wants to create more employments in upcoming days by inspiring

more students to join ITI.
ITI was an amazing journey to be a part of my life. The learning and the exposure

which we got from the ITI is just enormous. It is not just a college a great journey

from ground zero to where I am today. It’s inspires me to work day and night
throughout my life to achieve the level best,” Uttam says.
