di dalam pengurusan gudang bermula dari barang tiba di gudang, seterusnya
nombor kod bagi setiap barang didaftarkan, direkodkan dan kemudian barang
tersebut di susun dan disimpan mengikut nombor pendaftaran mereka. Setiap
produk disimpan di rak yang disediakan mengikut jenis item, saiz, warna dan
sebagainya. Para pengguna sistem ini khususnya para pelajar SLK semester 3
akan nampak gambaran dengan lebih jelas dengan segala proses pergudangan
tersebut sebelum mereka menjalani aktiviti praktikal yang sebenar kelak. Tinjauan
mendapati, para pelajar berasa seronok, lebih mudah faham dan sentiasa ingin
mencuba menerokai sistem ini. Walau bagaimanapun, kami sebagai pencipta
inovasi bercadang untuk menambahbaik sistem ini dengan memaparkan “coding”
pada setiap rak dengan lebih terperinci.

Palm oil production is vital for the economy of Malaysia, which is the world's
second- largest producer of the commodity after Indonesia. Loose fruit is the ripest
in the bunch and drop naturally to the ground and the collection of loose fruits was
never taken seriously. Many of the fruit were left to rot. In this project, the “Sawit
Roller Picker” is designed as a roller to pick up the loose fruits. The roller is more
effective especially when it comes with a basket as it is used to collect the loose
fruits automatically into the basket. This loose fruit are more valuable and
expensive than a bunch of oil palm fruit because they produced 40% of palm oil of
the overall production. A survey was carried out at one of the palm oil plantations at
Felda Chuping 2, Perlis. The findings showed that the problems of collecting the
fallen loose fruits were uneven surfaces, time, and less knowledge about the fallen
fruits. The company had suggested that the collector machine had to be light, easy
to handle, save time and energy. Hence, this invention is designed to increase palm
oil quality and reduce back pain of the loose fruit collector because before this the
loose fruits were collected using bare hands. Besides that, it can also separate the
loose fruits from debris. The produced prototype was able to be commercialized in
Malaysia because this machine used to collect loose palm fruits is still new in the
industry.
