3. OUTCOMES
Here are the manifestations that quality student development
services are assured. These evidences proved that the students of the
university satisfied and fulfilled their full potential related to their field of
interest.
1. There are many scholarship grantees of the university.
2. There many students who were qualified in the highest level of
competition both in academic and co-curricular activities
3. In terms of the academic and extracurricular activities, students were
given a chance to participate in their field of interest.
4. The (3) three mandated organizations, USSG, Socio-Cultural and
Sports Clubs initiated distinct activities to cater the needs of the
students in terms of sports, talents and leadership skills.
5. There are scholarship or merit given to the members of the Student
Publication. The members of the editorial board were given a chance
to enhance their skills in writing. The School Publication, initiated
trainings, workshops, seminars and simulations to augment the level
of understandings of the students in terms of Press and Publication.
Aside from that, the School Organ conducted Extension programs
related to Campus Journalism to share their gained knowledge of
writing and give the updates in the field of Journalism.
6. The guidelines on student discipline were properly disseminated and
informed to all the students, faculty and staff of the university. The
Guidance Counselor with the help of the DSSD Chairperson initiated
the General Orientation Program.
7. The Procedure for recognition and accreditation of the Student
Organizations was properly informed to all the student leaders and
club advisers. The accreditation requirements stipulated in the
Student Manual.
8. All the accredited organizations of the university tailored their
constitution and by-laws. The officers and the advisers were updated
their by-laws if it is necessary based from the set agreement and
understanding.
9. The USSG spearheaded by the adviser conducted Annual Leadership
Training to enhance the management and leadership skills of the
student leaders. The university fully supports the said leadership
trainings.
10. The university crafted flow chart form procedure for student
grievances. The Grievance Committee composed with the DSSD
chairperson, campus executive director and the dean.
11. The list of the recognized and accredited student organizations
updated by the Student Organizations and Activities Chairperson
through the help of DSSD Chairperson.
12. The Students were very active in participating of the varied
activities of the university. The college schedules the College Days and
Socialization activities ahead of time. College days officially scheduled
in the University Calendar of Activities.
