8. Coordinate regularly with the DSWD-Peace corps volunteer for the

conduct of the Students Development Session (SDS) of the Expanded
Students’ Grants in Aid Program for Alleviation (ESGPPA) grantees;

9. Attend to scheduled meetings of Scholarship Coordinators in the

university;
10. Monitor grades and remind the grantees of their grade deficiencies;

11. Follow-up scholarship payments;

12. Facilitate refunds of scholars/grantees;
13. Respond to parents/clients/students on scholarship inquiry;

14. Prepare Certification of scholarship to DOLE for the SPES grantees
and other requesting agency/office.
