2.6. Transfer credentials from the school last attended.
2.7. Transferees from SUCs shall be admitted and treated as regular students in
accordance with existing policies of the University.

2.9. Entrance test result for courses that require an entrance test.
3. Foreign Students.
In addition to the TOR, foreign students shall be required to pass the
proficiency in English to be conducted by the Guidance Office or a Test in
English as a Foreign Language (TOFEL) conducted by the accredited agency.
Application of all foreign students shall be processed in accordance
with DECS Order NO.27.s.1978. Students must pledge to abide by and
comply with the rules and regulations of IFSU.
Academic Retention Policies
1. Condition. Any student who at the end of a semester, obtained
final grades below 75% or its equivalent, in 26-49% of the
number of academic units in which he is enrolled shall be warned
by the College Dean to improve his work. He shall be allowed to
enrol 15-18 units only in the succeeding semester;
2. Warning. Any student who at the end of a semester obtained final
grades below “75%” or its equivalent in 50-74% of the total
number of academic units in which he is enrolled shall be
dropped from the roll of the course taken;
3. Extreme. Any student who at the end of a semester obtained
final grades below “75%” or its equivalent in 75% or more of the
total number of academic units he is enrolled shall be dropped
from the roll of the University;
4. Any student under no. 2 who, at the end of a semester fails again
in 50% or more of the total number of academic units in which
he is enrolled shall be dropped from the roll of the University
applying the provision of the next rule;
5. Any student dropped from one college shall not be admitted to
another College, unless, in the opinion of his former Dean,
natural aptitude and interest may qualify him in another field of
study, in which case, he may be allowed to enrol in the said
College;
6. A student, who dropped from one College of the University, shall
not be considered for re-admission by the Dean. When it conflicts
with the recommendation of the student adviser, this may be
elevated to the office of the Vice President for Academic
Affairs/Campus Director whose decision shall be final;
7. Permanent Disqualification. A student who at the end of a
semester obtains final grades below “75” or its equivalent in
