EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
1. The School Campus initiated school related activities monthly.
2. The Sports Club conducted sport fest annually to encourage students to
participate.
3. The DSSD supported the school related activities and involve the
students to plan different activities.
4. The Socio-Cultural Club spearheaded the Ammung Ad IFSU annually to
develop the skills, talents and capabilities of the students in performing
Arts.
5. The university sent students to attend seminars, trainings and
workshops to enrich their potential and managerial skills in leadership.
6. There were varied activities conducted monthly with significant themes.
7. The university initiated skills competition every college to develop
camaraderie and sportsmanship among the students.
8. Different Clubs structured Action Plans every school year to facilitate the
activities systematically.
9. The students are involved in planning and decision making in conducting
activities.
10. The university allowed the students to air their views to initiate
activities every month.
11. Students are encouraged to initiate related programs and
activities.
12. The advisers of the different organizations are actively engaging
their sense of volunteerism in conducting activities with excellent output.
13. There are college days to be conducted every school year.
14. Leadership trainings and seminars are regularly conducted to train
leaders in managing their respective organizations funded by the
university.
SCHOLARSHIP AND FINACIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
1. Preparation/Evaluation of General Weighted Average (GWA) for the
retention of scholars/grantees;
2. Facilitate application of scholarships/grants;
3. Prepare regular reports to CHED and other Sponsors;
4. Prepare Statement of Billing of Scholars/grantees;
5. Facilitate meetings and orientation of scholars/grantees;
6. Prepare communications related to meetings and other activities of
scholarship;
7. Coordinate regularly with the scholarship sponsors, in-charge and
coordinators;
