CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

PREAMBLE

We the sovereign student of the IFUGAO STATE UNIVERSITY, Potia Campus with the help of
God, and believing in the need of a better organized council and in the development of the youth as
future leaders of the nation, desiring to form a unified student organization that shall embody the
ideals and principles of democracy and the promotion of the welfare of all students and the academic
standards of our Alma Mater, do maintain herby promulgate this Constitution and By-Laws that will
advance, implement, and maintain our goals and aspirations.

Article I
General Provisions

Section 1.This Constitution and By-Laws shall be known as the Constitution and By-Laws of
the UNIVERSITY STUDENT SUPREME GOVERNMENT of the Ifugao State University, Potia
Campus, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.

Section 2.For purpose of this constitution and By-Laws, CSSG refers to the CAMPUS STUDENT
SUPREME GOVERNMENT of the Ifugao State University, Potia Campus, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.

Article II

Name, Domicile and Logo

Section 1.The name of the organization shall be known as the CAMPUS SUPREME STUDENT
GOVERNMENT of Ifugao State University, Potia Campus, hereafter referred to as the CSSG of
IFSU Potia Campus.

Section 2.DOMICILE – The organization shall have domicile inside the IFUGAO STATE
UNIVERSITY, Potia Campus, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.
