d. Prepare the financial report every month, after an activity and at the end of every activity.
e. Formulate pertinent financial guidelines for the organization.
f. Head the financial committee.
g. Perform such other duties assigned by the CSSG President.

Section 5.The Auditor shall have the following duties:

a. The legitimacy and correctness of the disbursement of funds.
b. Audit all expenditures of the CSSG funds.
c. Assist the treasurer in formulating guidelines and reports.
d. Keep and update inventory of the CSSG property.
e. Act as the assistant head of the Finance committee.
f. Chair the Betel nut Chewing and Anti-Gambling Committee; appoint members and plan
activities and regulations regarding it.
g. Perform such other duties assigned by the CSSG President.

Section 6.The five representatives per year level shall have the following duties:

a. Popularize the thrust and objectives of the CSSG.
b. Build and maintain a credible image of the CSSG.
c. Take charge in promotion of the CSSG projects and activities.
d. Head the publicity Committee.
e. Represent the organization if there are things or materials to be purchased.
f. Head the Income-Generating Project Committee and be responsible in matters regarding
funds for the organization.
g. Help the presiding officer to maintain peace and order during meetings, school programs
and activities.
h. Act as the disciplinary officer, if needed.
i. Head the Student Welfare Committee and derive plans for it.
j. Maintain peace and order within the premises of the campus.
k. Perform such other duties assigned by the CSSG President.

Section 7.The Muse and Escort shall have the following duties:

a. Represent the CSSG if there are school programs.
b. Lead community singing if it is needed.
c. Head the recreational activities of the school.
d. Head the Anti-Drug Abuse and Youth-Smoking Committee and make implement plans and
e. Regulations regarding it.
f. Perform such other duties assigned by the CSSG President.
