Section 7.The Anti-Drug Abuse and Youth Smoking Prevention Committee shall be headed by the
Muse and Escort and by a person appointed by the President and shall implement programs and
projects in drug abuse and youth-smoking prevention of the school.
Section 8.The Betel Nut-Chewing Prevention and Anti-Gambling Committee shall be headed by the
Auditor to be assisted by the Sentinels and shall implement programs and projects in betel nut chewing
and gambling prevention in the school.
Section 9.The chairmen of the different committees shall have a monthly report regarding their
programs.
Article XII
The adviser
Section 1.The CSSG Adviser must be a member of the Campus Faculty and shall be designated by
the CSSG President or Campus Director.
Section 2.The CSSG Adviser shall monitor all programs, activities and meetings of the CSSG at all
times.
Article XIII
The Recognized Student Clubs and Organizations
Section 1.The CSSG shall be considered as the mother of all student clubs and organizations of the
Campus.
Section 2.There are other college organizations under the umbrella of the CSSG and they are:
a. Future Vocational Leaders of the Philippines (FVLP) – College Chapter.
b. Accept and revoke candidacy.
c. Proclaim the new set of officers.
d. Keep all pertinent election paper and documents.
e. Decide upon protests relative for the conduct and result of election. Prepare and
distribute the necessary election paraphernalia, certificate of candidacy form, and other
election-related materials before, during and after the election.
f. Disqualify candidates who have violated any of the guidelines, which have been
promulgated.
g. Task to break the tie by secret balloting, toss coin or draw lots.
