a. Any CSSG officer who fails to attend meetings will be fined for fifty pesos (P50.00).
b. Any member who fails to attend General Meetings shall be fined for thirty pesos (P30.00).
c. Any late comer during meetings shall be fined for ten pesos (P10.00).

d. Any student who fails to attend school activities, field works and any activities recognized by
the CSSG will be fine for sixty pesos (P60.00) per day or thirty pesos (P30.00) for the half of
the day.
e. Failure to attend school activities and field works on time shall be fined for ten pesos
(P10.00) per hour.

Sections 2.Students are considered late if they arrived ten (10) minutes after the Program/activity/
field work has started. They shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of Article XX, Section
1, e.

Section 3.No school organization shall impose/collect fine higher that the CSSG.

Section 4.Any student who failed to cast his/her vote during election periods shall be fined of one
hundred pesos (P100.00).

Section 5.To excuse from not attending to activities, meetings, field works, elections and programs,
absentees must present an excuse slip issued by the guidance counselor to the CSSG Secretary for
record purposes.

Section 6.Any fund raising project organized by the CSSG shall be brought out during sessions to
be discussed by the CSSG officers for further analysis before it will be presented to the whole
studentry.

Section 7.All fines and all other funds recognized by the CSSG serve as fund for the organization.

Section 8.Mutual contribution shall be done in voluntary manner.

Section 9.Any officer who shall be suspended or dropped shall be succeeded following the law of
succession with the approval of the CSSG Adviser.

Section 10.The President shall come from the regular second year, third year or fourth year
students. In case of transferees, a resident of one year is required. He shall not hold any position in
any recognized student club/organization and or/ in the Campus Student Publication.

Section 11.The Vice President shall come from the regular second year, third year or fourth year
students. In case of transferees, a resident of one year is required.

Section 12.The Secretary, Treasurer and Auditor shall come from the regular second year, third year
or fourth year students. In case of transferees, a resident of one year is required.

Section 13.The representatives shall come from the regular second year, third year or fourth year
students. In case of transferees, a resident of one year is required.

Section 14.The Escort and Muse shall come from any of the members.
