Article XIX

Funds and Fiscal Control

Section 1.The CSSG funds shall be classified into trust funds and special funds. Trust fund shall
consist of the school organization fee. The amount of which shall be decided by the school
administration in consultation, and the special funds are funds that came from donation, fund-
sponsorship, fund racing projects or any amount derived from legitimate source.

Section 2.The CSSG can undertake fund raising activities to subsidize each project or activities.

Section 3.The organization can accept cash donations from any member or any public or private
persons or institutions for as long as it will not affect the integrity of the CSSG.

Section 4.The CSSG President and the treasurer shall be signatory of all fund disbursement of the
CSSG. All fund disbursement must be accompanied with a CSSG resolution duly noted by the CSSG
Adviser.

Section 5.The CSSG through the Treasurer and the Auditor shall promulgate financial guidelines for
proper financial management.

Section 6.Funds of the CSSG shall be audited at the end of the term, or the end of every activity.

Section 7.The fund and financial statement of the outgoing CSSG officers shall be passed or
submitted to the incoming CSSG officers.

Article XX

By-Laws

Section 1.Any student who violates the rules and regulations embodied in this article shall be dealt
with accordingly.
