Section 15.Candidates for all CSSG elective positions must be:

a. A bonafide student.
b. Of good academic standing with the general average of 85 and above without any failing
grade during the Second Semester of the previous school year.
c. Of good moral character and have not been subject to any disciplinary sanction.
d. The president shall be a non-holder of any presidential position in any other student clubs
and organizations and must resign from all elective or designated positions from clubs and
other organizations once elected.

Section 16.The President is free to apply for re-election if he/she wishes to provide that he/she still
meets the requirements embodied in these laws.

Section 17.The CSSG shall hold field works at least two (2) times per school year.

Article XXI

Transitory Provision

Section 1.All incumbent officers of the organization shall continue to hold office until removed,
recalled or until such time that newly elected officers shall have been qualified and assumed office in
accordance with this Constitution and By-Laws.

Article XXII

General Provision / Amendments

Section 1.This Constitution and By-Laws may be amended or modified in full or part every two years.
A majority vote of the whole studentry shall be needed to approve amendments.

Section 2.Amendment to this Constitution and By-Laws shall take effect immediately upon its
ratification by the whole studentry.
