Part II: Chapter 2 ‐ The Personality Match

Motivator, Inspirator and so on). It has a dominating
                                     preference (red, yellow, green, blue).
                                  • If he is positioned on the second ring (focused, 9-24), his
flexibility increases because he has two preferences actively
                                     available.
                                  • If its position is on the third ring (25-40), it has three adjacent
preferences. This gives him a high degree of flexibility.
                                  • If his position is on the fourth ring (flexible intersection, 41-56),
he is highly flexible, because he has not only three
preferences actively available, but also the contrarian color
to the main color (i.e. blue/yellow, red/green). The applicant
can very easily adapt different behaviors and tasks.
                                  • With a position on the fifth ring (crossing, 57-60), two
preferences are available to him, but always two opposite
                                     preferences.

This knowledge is very important for a successful matching process.
As you know, behavioral diagnosis is based on a questionnaire that
is evaluated with the help of an online tool. But of course you can't
always have your interview partners answer the questionnaire that
alone will give you detailed results about their personality structure.
However, it should be possible to use the questionnaire with an
applicant or an employee you see every day, especially with a
                               candidate in the application process.

When you want to match other people, you should always
distinguish between the basic style and the adapted style.
Your goal is to get to the bottom of the basic style of, say,
an applicant or an of an employee, for example.
