What really makes people tick and what companies really need

                              with which  the questioner is aiming at something other  than  the
                              question itself suggests.
                                 This concludes my little excursion into the world of questioning.
                              You are probably already very familiar with the challenges of listening
                              and questioning skills. And that's a good thing, because these are two
                              indispensable prerequisites for matching: Without strong listening and
                              questioning skills, effective matching is not possible.
