CHAPTER CONCLUSION

Evaluating and understanding yourself and others serves as a tool for
self-knowledge and human understanding, unlocking deeper con-
nections with people. This evaluation leverages behavioral models
such as DISC to enhance communication and forge stronger emo-
tional bonds with oneself and with others.

At its core, the method is rooted in the development of trustful
relationships and striving to understand a person’s internal motiva-

tions. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, this approach
allows for an in-depth exploration of a person’s distinct emotions,
values, and beliefs.
